Sania Mirza's former husband, Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik, created a stir on social media after he posted pictures of his third marriage to Pakistani heroine Sana Javed. Shoaib started a new chapter in his married life amid speculations of his separation from Sania. For the unversed, Sana is a famous Pakistani actress who is known for her prominent roles in Urdu TV serials. Her debut serial was Shehr-e-Zaat, which paved the way for her successful career. She also got fame for playing the titular role in 'Khaani' which was a romantic drama. Her noteworthy performances also include 'Ruswai', 'Dunk' that have helped her make a mark in the entertainment domain.
All about Sana
Born on March 25, 1993, Sana had completed her schooling in Jeddah and then had relocated to Lahore with her family. She graduated from Karachi University. It was in 2012 when she entered the glamour world. Prior to her marriage to Shoaib Malik, Sana Javed had tied the knot with Pakistani actor and singer-songwriter Umair Jaswal in 2020. However, reports indicate that the couple started living separately shortly thereafter, leading to the removal of their pictures from social media platforms.
On the professional front, Sana was recently seen in Sukoon, a romantic drama that was directed by Seraj ul Haq. The series also had Ahsan Khan, Khaqan Shahnawaz, Sidra Niazi, Usman Peerzada, Laila Wasti, Qudsia Ali, Adnan Samad Khan, Aehsun Talish, and Asma Abbas and the theme was finding peace after enduring a period of waiting and sailing through the challenges of life.
How Shoaib and Sana met
The dating rumours between Shoaib and Sana started in 2023 when Malik posted a birthday wish for Sana on social media and called her ‘Buddy’. This public acknowledgement sparked rumours about their dating life. Media reports also state that the former cricketer had worked with the actress multiple times. Coming back to Sana, she had earlier taken to her social media handle to make an official announcement from her nikaah ceremony with Shoaib. She had worn a traditional outfit and had teamed it up with traditional jewellery. After marrying the former cricketer Sana changed her Instagram name to Sana Shoaib Malik.
