Ingredients For Ivy gourd dry sabji Recipe

  • 250 grm Ivy

  • 1 potato

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/4 tsp mustard sheet

  • 1 tsp salt to test

  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

  • 3 tsp mustard oil

How to make Ivy gourd dry sabji Recipe?

  1. Wash kundru and chop into long slits. Also chop potato in slits.
  2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When it splutter, add turmeric powder and chopped kundru & potato.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and mix everything well.
  4. Now let it cook on low flame covering the lid. Stir occasionally.
  5. When kundru is cooked properly, turn off the flame & its ready to serve. I have served it with roti, aam ras, fajeto & rice.
