  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • Salt to taste

  • For the tempering 2tbsp ghee

  • 1tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1 red onion

  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seed

  • 1tsp coriander seeds

  • 1/2 tsp asafetida

  • 1/2 tsp red chili pwdr

  • 2tsp cumin seeds for tdka

  1. Firstly take a bowl add yoghurt and add gram flour, Salt, turmeric, and water whisk it. And keep a side
  2. Now tack pain heat ghee add fenugreek seed, coriander seeds and crushed garlic
  3. Now add onion cut on thin sliced cook for it
