Ingredients For Makki Methi ki roti Recipe

  • 3 tbsp finely chopped fenugreek leaves/ methi bhaji

  • 1 cup maize flour

  • 3 tbsp finely chopped green corainder leaves

  • 1 tbsp green garlic chilli ginger paste

  • 1/4 tsp tumeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds

  • Salt to taste as required

  • Ghee as required

How to make Makki Methi ki roti Recipe?

  1. In mixing plate add all mentioned ingredients except ghee and wheat flour. Mix well.
  2. Add little little water and bind into semi stiff dough. Divide into 2 equal portions balls.
  3. Roll each with help of dry wheat flour into round thick roti.
  4. Dry roast on both sides on griddle.
  5. Apply ghee and serve hot with Lasooni Palak.
