2 bowl Poha
1 Choped onion
1-2 Green chilli
1 Chopped potatos
1/2 cup Peas or peanuts as your choice
1/2 teaspoon Rai
1/2 teaspoon Jeera
Corriender
to taste Salt
Choped tomatos
1 tps oil
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 tps turmeric powder
Lemon juice
How to make Veg poha Recipe?
- Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds,green chilli allow to sputter.
- Add curry levels, onion and stir for a few seconds. Add chopped veggies and cook until veggies are tender.
- Add turmeric powder, salt mix gently. Cover is particularly and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Add soaked poha.mix very well. If the poha looks too dry, add a few tablespoons of water and continue cooking.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice and chopped coriander levels. mix well and serve hot.
