Bajre Ki Khatti Raab is a traditional Rajasthani drink which is generally prepared to counter the cold winters. It has been a part of Rajasthani cuisine from past many centuries.

Bajra (Pearl Millet) is loaded with proteins, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and fibres. Due to its rich composition of minerals and proteins, it offers numerous health benefits.
